Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is defective:

- Include your Name, Order Number, and a Photo of the product
- Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
If the product is confirmed to be defective, you may receive a refund or a replacement of the same item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method and to the person listed on the order
- We only accept returns for orders placed on brandywatkinsbeauty.com
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Please file a claim with USPS at usps.com
- After filing, send us the claim details
- We will wait for USPS to resolve the claim before taking further action
Refused or Returned Packages
- Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund
- A $2.99 reshipping fee applies if you request the item to be sent again
Incorrect Shipping Information
- We ship to the address provided at checkout
- If there’s an error, contact USPS to reroute your package
- A $2.99 reshipping fee applies for all reshipments
