Shipping Policy

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. This means your order was successfully processed and your credit card has been pre-authorized.

  • Please allow 2–3 business days (excluding holidays) for your order to be prepared and shipped.

  • Shipping Schedule:
    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
    Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once your order has been shipped, Brandy Watkins Beauty is no longer responsible for the package.
    For delivery issues, please contact USPS or your local carrier directly.
