Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and

confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your

confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. 

After your order has been placed please allow 2-3 business days (excludes holidays) for your order to be fulfilled and sent out. Orders are sent out Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be sent out the following Monday.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not responsible for any extra customs fees once your package has left our warehouse.

​Brandy Watkins Beauty is not responsible for your package once it has been sent out, please contact USPS or your international carrier with concerns regarding your package.

​If there is an issue with your order you will need to contact us within 48 hours at info@brandywatkinsbeauty.com.
